Vosita6.1 - App Store

The Vosita mobile app allows patients to find doctors in your (or any) area, book appointments either in the office or virtually via telemedicine. Healthcare providers can use the app to create available time slots for patients to book their own appointments via the app or Website.

Version History We’ve made several improvements to make it easier to find providers, manage your account, and request care:
• Redesigned provider profiles make it easier to explore provider details, practice locations, accepted insurance plans, verified patient reviews, appointment options, and other important information.
• New Request Appointment feature lets you send an appointment request from search results or a provider’s profile when availability is not currently displayed.
• New Reset Password flow lets you securely regain access to your account using the verification code sent to your email address or mobile number.

We’ve made substantial improvements across the platform to enhance your experience as a provider or patient:
Provider Enhancements
• Subscription Badges
Providers now see Lite, Pro, or Premium badges displayed on their profile, making subscription levels clearly visible to users.
• Smarter Public Profiles
Profile fields like “Video” and “Website” are only displayed if applicable to your current subscription tier, ensuring a cleaner and more relevant public-facing profile.
• Grace Period Support for Payment Failures
When a payment fails, a system-wide banner notifies the provider and gives them a 7-day grace period to take action.
The banner includes direct links to update payment info or review plans via the mobile browser. If no action is taken within the period, the account is downgraded to Lite automatically.
• Premium Trial Banner
All providers are automatically upgraded to a temporary Premium plan.
A banner highlights the trial’s benefits and end date, prompting providers to add a payment method to retain access after the trial ends.
Messaging varies slightly depending on the provider’s current setup but always includes a clear call to action.
• Improved Account Deletion Process
A redesigned multi-step confirmation process ensures that account deletion is deliberate.
Users must confirm, acknowledge data loss and subscription terms, type “DELETE” manually, and then confirm deletion.
Patient Experience Improvements
• Rebooking Past Appointments
If a patient attempts to rebook with a provider whose availability has changed due to a subscription downgrade, a modal guides them through alternative options—either finding another provider or booking the same one at a different, available location.
